If you still wish to use KliknPay to make your payments, please note that KliknPay assesses a technology fee of 3.95% when using a credit card account or debit card account to make payments. CAMCO Services does not receive any portion of these transaction fees.

KliknPay – Important Notification – Update

Over the past several months, we have experienced ongoing issues with our third-party online
payment vendor, KliknPay. Due to the increasing volume of concerns reported to our Accounts
Receivable Department, we began advising users in January 2026 to transition to their bank’s
Bill Pay service, as we were already in the process of phasing out KliknPay.

On April 17, 2026, we were officially notified by the vendor that KliknPay will be discontinued
effective Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Access will be removed from our website on Tuesday, June 23,
2026, during which time the vendor will be processing all payments that have been submitted.

Please note that this change applies only to homeowners currently using KliknPay for their
monthly maintenance payments. It does not affect homeowners who mail physical checks
directly to the lockbox, and no changes are required for those payments.

Action Required:
Homeowners currently using KliknPay must make alternative payment arrangements prior to
June 23, 2026, to avoid any disruption in their monthly maintenance payments. We strongly
recommend enrolling in your bank’s Bill Pay service to ensure payments are made timely and
without interruption.

We are currently evaluating alternative online payment solutions to ensure a smooth and reliable transition for all homeowners. Once a replacement platform has been finalized, all Board Members and homeowners will be promptly notified.

transparent payment system.
